Returns & Refunds

At Quiet Pinnacle, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them (unused, unopened, and in original packaging)
  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at shahed@quietpinnacle.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food items)
  • Personal care products
  • Sale items and gift cards

Damages and Issues

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
